This 428-acre marvel has emerged as a beacon of hope and progress amid the tumultuous backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Initiated in 2021 during the peak of global uncertainty, River Line stood firm against adversity, refusing to be deterred from its mission to redefine community living and offer affordable housing solutions to Kenyans. As the nation commemorates its 60th Jamhuri Day, River Line celebrates a pivotal achievement—the acquisition of its title deed.

Mwaura Kogi, the CEO of Finsco Africa, expressed profound gratitude and acknowledged the unwavering dedication of the team, loyal customers, the management of National Cooperative Housing Union (NACHU), and the invaluable support received from stakeholders. The journey from groundbreaking to the official acquisition of the title deed was a testament to perseverance, patience, and shared determination.  “The journey has been nothing short of a testament to resilience. Today, with the title deed in our hands, we reflect on the challenges we’ve overcome, starting amidst the trials of COVID-19 in 2021,” shared Kogi.

Over 400 title deeds were handed over to project buyers, signifying a crucial milestone. The elated buyers expressed their joy and relief. Many shared stories of previous disappointments in the real estate sector—fraudulent activities and unfulfilled promises by other land selling companies, making this moment even more significant.
